3rd credit: Typical Italian dairy and fermented meat products – technological process and microbial involvement in quality traits (cheese and salami).
4th credit: Italian wine – technological process and microbial involvement in quality traits.
5th credit: Italian beer - technological process of artisanal beer production and microbial involvement in quality traits.
6th credit: Field trips connected with fermented food production.
