Project cycle management

The aim of this course is provide participants with a complete set of competencies, techniques, tools and good practices for managing all phases of a project's life-cycle: project identification, design, planning, implementation/monitoring and evaluation. It is based on the principles of results-based management and on the logical framework approach. The course relies on the latest standards adopted by international organizations, such as the ILO, the EU, UN agencies and multilateral development banks. It also includes a one-day study visit to explore public-private partnership projects.
