Il programma CPIM affronta in maniera completa ed esaustiva tutti gli strumenti rilevanti per la gestione operativa aziendale.

La versione FOCUS Weekend lanciata dalla nostra scuola, riprende il format utilizzato da anni con successo da scuole internazionali partner di ADVANCE. Questo format è stato studiato per professionisti che hanno già 2-3 anni di esperienza nell'area OPERATIONS e SCM e preferiscono seguire le lezioni in modo concentrato durante il weekend.
Il corso consente di prepararsi alla certificazione ottimizzando ore d'aula, studio e costi.
