Policy-makers and technical advisors of ministries; members of skills councils, national TVET authorities and similar institutions; representatives of workers' and employers' organizations involved in apprenticeships; experts and technical staff of CSOs and NGOs, and other civil society actors.

In this course, organized in conjunction with the ILO's Employment Department, Skills and Employability branch and the European Training Foundation, participants learn about the links between training and labour-market needs, as well as how to formalize and structure apprenticeship programmes worldwide.
