Digital technologies and innovations are transforming processes, operations, business models and entire organisations: their impact is often so pervasive and radical that it leads to a cross-industry “Digital Disruption”. We hence believe that Digital Transformation is not merely a combination of technologies, but a major phenomenon with deep strategic and managerial implications for all companies, regardless of the industry they operate in. This master will provide participants with the strategic, entrepreneurial and organisational approaches, methods and tailored “tool-box” to navigate across the main digital trends (e.g. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Blockchain, Big Data & Analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, eCommerce, Mobile & Omnichannel Communication, Digital Manufacturing & Industry 4.0) and lead Digital Innovation in both public and private organisations.
*Starting from the 2022 intake – only in case of visa delays, travel barriers or other specific issues – it will be possible to join classes online only until December 31st.

Please note that this programme is designed for fresh graduates with ideally no more than 3 years of work experience. Candidates who have more than 3 years of work experience may also consider our International MBA programs.
The ideal candidate aims to acquire the professional expertise, approaches and tools to interpret and govern Digital Transformation from a strategic and managerial perspective, thus learning how to lead Digital Innovation in both public and private organisations.

Programma
The International Master in Digital Innovation and New Business Design is a 12-month International Master programme offered by Politecnico di Milano and sponsored by Accenture, Cisco, IBM, L’Oréal, Musement, Oracle, Soldo and TIM, that provides students with the necessary skills for a managerial digital career in the corporate world. Students of the iMDT course will learn how to manage digital innovation projects both from a strategic, entrepreneurial and organisational perspective and from a technological perspective. More specifically, we will focus on developing the roles of Innovation Specialist or Consultant in Innovation and Transformation, able to introduce and/or manage new products-services, organisational innovations and business models that exploit digital technologies to generate advantages for businesses, industries and societies.
The master is taught entirely in English.
