Identifyand developeffective managerial strategies for fashion businesses
Learn and understand the specific characteristics and differences between the various types of production in fashion and luxury.
Analyze and perfect offline, online, and performance-integrated fashion system strategies, pertaining to marketing, branding and communication.
Interact with each of the key management departments like Marketing, Retail, Digital, Communication, PR, Style by understanding the different roles and responsibilities in a Fashion Company organization
Evaluate the appropriateness of a Distribution strategy, in its mix of Retail/Wholesale/E-Commerce, and apply adequate strategies to develop each of the channels at its best performance.
The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the International Master in Fashion Management. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. In order to ensure the application’s suitability, it is important to deliver all of the required documentation.
You'll work on a team-based Capstone Project addressing real challenges in the fashion industry or within your current company. You'll have access to the VOGUE BUSINESS database for valuable insights into the fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors.
Engage in a Business Practice Lab with a leading fashion industry partner FENDI, where you'll meet managers, participate in hands-on activities, and collaborate on specific tasks.
In the shoes of a Head of Own labl, develop global brand and operations strategy, define the market positioning and pricing, product assortment and distrubition strategy as a global manager.

This module aims to prepare students by providing them with the essentials of entrepreneurship and business planning. - Management Accounting for Decision Making
The course focuses on the financial aspects of business decisions giving students an overview of the accounting tools useful and most used for short and long-term decision making such as cost management, budgeting, CVP analysis, and investment appraisal techniques. - Business Strategy
Through this module, students will know how to understand the long-term direction and strategy of a company, and will be able to identify the strategic business units of organizations. - Financial Statement Analysis
This course aims at equipping students with an understanding of financial statements and their usefulness for decision making. - Project & Operations Management
With this module, students will be able to manage projects, examine data and information, and have a diagnostic approach in solving problems. - Marketing: Traditional and Digital
Students will learn the application of marketing principles in organizational decision making. - Human Resource Management
This subject area focuses on strategic human resource issues such as workforce acquisition, development, motivation and retention. - Data Analytics for Managers
This course is designed to equip students with the basic knowledge needed to analyze and interpret large sets of data, to make effective business decisions and strategies.
