Understand the core Marketing Mix variables, frameworks, and tools as critical components in an integrated marketing management system.
Develop an effective and consistent Strategic Marketing Plan leveraging the use of analytical business frameworks in the strategic domains of market assessment and selection, positioning, differentiation, market entry/exit, competitive environment, financial consistency .
Demonstrate understanding of most relevant «inflection» points in existing international market trends such as de/globalization, digitalization, sustainability, climate change, and new technologies.
Develop a consistent and well-integrated Sales Management Plan.
Develop business leadership skills as an innovative, responsible, and ethical leader.
The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the International Master in Marketing and Sales. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. In order to ensure the application’s suitability, it is important to deliver all of the required documentation.

With this module, students will be able to manage projects, examine data and information, and have a diagnostic approach in solving problems. - Marketing: Traditional and Digital
Students will learn the application of marketing principles in organizational decision making. - Human Resource Management
This subject area focuses on strategic human resource issues such as workforce acquisition, development, motivation and retention. - Data Analytics for Managers
