Bocconi University shows on Emagister LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology, based on English teaching of Laws, international digital environments and technology.
The course started from the a.y. 2018-2019 and lasts for 12 months (full-time program), and 2 years (part-time program).
The aim of the program is to concentrate on the study of lawyers and legal practitioners dealing with innovation, the Internet and technological development in order to understand international legal issues emerging in the digital age, including intellectual property protection and competition rules.
Special attention is given to the freedom of contracts, individuals and businesses in digital environments.
One of the main targets is to create professional figures who can manage legal questions emerging from the development, use and implementation of Internet technologies.
The opportunity to get close to law firms, digital and high-tech companies and national or international regulatory institutions is guaranteed, especially for internships and clinical work.

The final goal is to prepare tomorrow’s professionals to find
cutting-edge solutions to the legal questions emerging from
fast-paced technological development and digital activities.
The LL.M. is addressed to lawyers and current and future legal
practitioners who wish to get an internationally acknowledged
curriculum and the skills to start or further develop a promising
career in law and technology in the digital era.
In order to be evaluated, applicants must meet the following
requirements:
– a 5-year Integrated Master of Arts in Law (if from an Italian
university), or eligible non-Italian degree (if from a university
abroad)
– English knowledge at least at the B2 level

PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES Students may complete a curricular internship consistent with the educationalobjectives of the LL.M. in the final part of the program. They may also choose to completean individual research paper (final thesis).
