  • A company is first of all an organised reality. So an “organisation” focus is necessary with a course in organisations and structure, a course in the management of organisational change and a course on the interaction and coordination between the organisation and the human resources function.

  • But a business is also a managerial reality…This is the “strategy and management of work collectives” focus with a strategy seminar, a course in operational management, another on the contribution of human sciences to management and finally a seminar on leadership.
  • Lastly, a company is a gathering of women and men, skills, abilities and talents… This is the third focus and the most important one: “Human Resources”, with courses in Human Resources Management, a seminar on Human Resources strategy, courses on training policy, social relations, working conditions and labour law and a seminar on social management control. Numerous workshops are organised to pursue in depth the various practical aspects of these issues.
