The second level has been purposely studied for foreigners who are passionate about culinary culture, caterers, restaurant owners and chefs or sous chefs who want to plunge into the practicality of traditional Italian cuisine.

The course program allows students to master the typical and most noted regional specialties starting from the ingredients to the understanding of the environment that has favored the realization of the regional dish. The diversity of the landscapes, the vastness of the culture and of the ingredients will thus bring the participant to be more informed about the territorial influences on its gastronomy, to travel the thread of history of every single technique tied to the speciality and to know how to recreate it. It is with particular attention that Alta Società avoids interferences.

Each lesson consists of theory and practice and we usually realize five preparations per lesson for a total of 200 recipes that allow the student to see the application of the techniques featured in the progra
