Today, the results of a company can no longer be measured just in terms of value generated for the shareholders: the shared value generated has become the key factor for success. Companies are more and more required to reshape their current business models around the concept of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, and no manager can neglect this transformation. Being able to integrate sustainability into the day-to-day strategy of a company is a necessary skill, for the present but especially for the future.
With this Master, you will learn how to manage a sustainable company from the fundamentals: starting from the overarching questions of why a company should be sustainable, working through the main changes needed in order to manage a sustainable company, right up to a sustainable function. You will also learn how to manage sustainability projects from a strategic, entrepreneurial, organisational and technological perspective.

Programma

Our International Master in Sustainability Management and Corporate Social Responsibility offers innovative teaching and learning approaches.

For you, we have designed standard in-class lectures, videos, and digital content, but also formats that create a very active environment and opportunities for discussion and the sharing of information, such as teamwork, workshops, simulations and case studies.

To participate fully in classes and company visits, your presence on campus is highly recommended, especially from January 2023 onwards; in cases of visa delays, travel barriers or other specific issues, it would be possible to continue attending classes online.

Our partner companies will not simply support but will also help to run the programme: they will design the content with our faculty and bring their direct experience to the class, proposing real cases to discuss during the sessions and offering qualified internship positions to the best students.

We teach this Master entirely in English.
